Meet the Baker

Hello! My name is Valerie Fusco, and I am the owner/head baker at Sifted & Unsalted. I've been baking since I was a little girl, but I've been honing my craft over the last several years to turn my passion for baking into my own home-based business.

When I'm not in the kitchen whisking something up, I can be found as a full-time pediatric nurse at a local community health center. 

I love hiking and being outdoors, spending time with family/friends and taking my pups to the local dog park.
